How to request deletion

1. Email privacy@loanpecharcha.com with subject: “Data Deletion Request”.
2. Include your full name, the phone/WhatsApp number used with us, and any reference/application numbers.
3. For security, we may ask you to verify identity before acting.

What we delete

• WhatsApp conversations and attachments exchanged with us.
• Loan application materials you provided (e.g., KYC, payslips, bank statements) held by us.
• Account/profile details you shared directly with us.

What we may retain

We may keep limited records where required by law or for legitimate purposes such as preventing fraud, resolving disputes, or maintaining accounting/audit trails. Retained data is minimised and access-restricted.

Timeline

We aim to complete eligible deletions within 30 days of verifying your request. If an extension is needed, we will notify you with reasons.

Typical retention (for context)

Unless deleted earlier upon your request (subject to legal holds), our standard retention is 24 months for WhatsApp conversations and documents.
