Privacy Policy

AROLLI CONSULTANCY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates Loan Pe Charcha (the “Service”). We help salaried customers check loan eligibility and compare offers from banks and NBFCs. We are not a bank or NBFC.

Scope

This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data when you use our website, tools, and when you message us on WhatsApp via the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API).

Personal data we collect

• Identity & contact: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number.
• Loan & financial details you provide: outstanding amount, interest rate, tenure, salary slips, bank statements, KYC documents, employment details.
• WhatsApp conversation data: messages, attachments, timestamps, and conversation metadata when you chat with us on WhatsApp.
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser information, log data, and cookies/analytics signals used to improve our Service.

How we use personal data

• To respond to enquiries, check eligibility, compare partner bank/NBFC offers, and process balance transfers, top-ups, or new loans as requested by you.
• To verify identity, prevent fraud/abuse, ensure security, and comply with laws.
• To operate, maintain, and improve our website and communications (including WhatsApp).
• To send service messages and, where permitted, relevant updates. You can opt-out of marketing by replying “STOP”.

WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API)

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) hosted by Meta to send and receive messages. Message content you send to us on WhatsApp is processed by Meta to deliver it to our business systems. Once delivered to us, we store and process those messages according to this policy.

Lawful bases

We process data based on one or more of: (i) your consent, (ii) performance of a contract or steps at your request (e.g., checking eligibility, processing your application), (iii) compliance with legal obligations, and (iv) our legitimate interests such as fraud prevention, network security, and improving our services.

Sharing of personal data

• With partners you select: banks/NBFCs you choose to apply with, solely to process your request.
• With service providers: hosting, storage, analytics, customer support and similar vendors under confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
• With authorities: where required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect rights and safety.

International transfers

Your data may be processed in or transferred to countries other than your own. Where required by law, we implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., contractual protections).

Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet legal/accounting requirements. Typical retention for WhatsApp conversations and documents is 24 months. We may keep data longer where required by law or to establish/defend legal claims.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you may request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, and grievance redressal. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Our Service is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new policy with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance.
